Deposit & Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we always aim to be fair and reasonable with our customers. If an issue occurs on our side that prevents us from carrying out the agreed work, we will provide a full refund of any deposit paid. However, please be aware that deposits are non-refundable in the event of very last-minute cancellations by the customer, as we have already reserved the time and allocated resources for your booking, often turning away other work to accommodate it. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
